I keep moving my mouth when recording mouth sounds, and keep in mind that I don't breathe near the microphone so that the sound doesn't collapse.
So my breathing becomes rough 🤣lol
I used to feel tired after shooting, but now I'm getting used to it and filming more smoothly than before☺️
